 Dear Mike,

 Exceptionally good!!!  If the truth be known, I was kind of dreading taking a class on Excel, as I’m partial to using “creative” programs like Publisher with my office duties, and would have enjoyed learning more about it and perhaps FrontPage and PowerPoint. But “majority rules”, and I acquiesced to the doctor and staff who felt we ALL could benefit from learning more about Excel.

I’ll have to admit, the class was the BEST computer class I’ve ever taken!!! Mike, you must have been born to teach, because I do believe that that is your “calling”. What an enjoyable time we had! You made learning fun and memorable! The time flew by and we felt comfortable and less intimidated when negotiating the Excel program. It was assuring to know that if we had questions, you would welcome them any time, and help us to solve any “dilemmas” or roadblocks that we incurred. 

Would we use your services again? You bet! Hands down! Like I said, it was the most fun we’ve EVER had in a computer class, bar none. Thank you for your time and talent. Our regards too, to Gus and Sheila. In addition, to show OUR appreciation for YOUR efforts, I’ve enclosed gift cards for a complimentary consultation and examination on us.
