California Department of Transportation (CalTrans)

Performed duties as a business analyst. Was instrumental in updating Computer systems; including databases conversion, and communication Systems.  Other consulting duties was in the area of training development and implementation.

City of San Antonio, Texas.  Consulted with the City Fire Department, Land Management, Code Enforcement, Police Department, Waste Management, and Street Department, in revamping their entire computer system.
